How to reset your Universe account password

If signed out of your Universe thermostat account

  1. Open the Universe thermostat app on your mobile device.
  2. Select “Forgot Password” at the bottom of the login page.
  3. Enter the email address used to create your account and press “OK”.
  4. Your will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  5. Press “Reset Password” to save your new password.
  6. Return to the home page and sign in to your account.

Having trouble receiving a verification code

If you are not receiving your verification code, first ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your Universe thermostat account and that there are no typos. If you still do not receive a verification code, please contact us.
