If you’ve completed the Wi-Fi and phone pairing steps but did not receive a registration email, the issue is often due to incorrect information entered during setup. Please double-check the following fields to ensure accuracy:

Thermostat SSID

This is a unique alphanumeric code displayed on your thermostat during setup.

Do not enter your Wi-Fi network name or email address here.

Wi-Fi SSID (Network Name)

Enter the exact name of your home Wi-Fi network, including capitalization and spacing.

Avoid selecting a mobile hotspot or guest network unless intended.

Wi-Fi Password

Make sure the password matches your router’s Wi-Fi password exactly, including all capitalization, numbers, and special characters.

Avoid entering your email password or thermostat ID in this field.

After confirming all fields are entered correctly, restart the setup process. If successful, you should receive a registration email shortly after.
