Not receiving a registration email

When to follow these steps

If you have completed the registration process on your mobile device but have not received a registration email after 20 minutes.

How to fix

  1. If you’ve completed the Wi-Fi and phone pairing steps but did not receive a registration email, the issue is often due to incorrect information entered during setup. Please double-check the following fields to ensure accuracy:

    1. Thermostat Device ID
      • This is a unique alphanumeric code displayed on your thermostat during setup.
      • Do not enter your Wi-Fi network name or email address here.

    2. Wi-Fi Network Name (SSID)
      • Enter the exact name of your home Wi-Fi network, including capitalization and spacing.
      • Avoid selecting a mobile hotspot or guest network unless intended.

    3. Wi-Fi Password
      • Make sure the password matches your router’s Wi-Fi password exactly, including all capitalization, numbers, and special characters.
      • Avoid entering your email password or thermostat ID in this field.

    After confirming all fields are entered correctly, restart the setup process. If successful, you should receive a registration email shortly after.
