How to Use the Unilux HVAC Thermostat app

Navigating the App

After opening the app, you will see a list of all your registered devices. Select the thermostat you would like to control.

Selecting a thermostat will lead you to that device’s dashboard. Here, you can view the current room temperature, set temperature, operating mode, and schedule settings.

Changing Temperature

From your thermostat dashboard, you can quickly adjust the temperature by dragging the central slider either left or right to bring the temperature down or up, respectively.

Changing the Operating Mode

From your thermostat dashboard, you can quickly adjust the operating mode from heating, cooling, auto, and off by pressing the icon beneath “Mode”. The fire icon represents heating, the snowflake represents cooling, and the two together represent automatic.

You can turn off your fan coil by pressing the Power button to toggle ON/OFF.

Setting a Schedule

You can set a schedule (also known as program) on your thermostat to automatically adjust temperatures throughout the day. This allows you to save energy while away from home or sleeping. You can schedule up to four programs in a single day.

To set a schedule:

Press the “SCHEDULE” button at the bottom menu of your thermostat dashboard.

2. To create a program, start by selecting the date and time you want the program to start on the schedule grid.

3. After selecting your date and time, a popup with settings to configure will appear.

a. Drag the central slider either left or right to bring the temperature down or up, respectively.

b. Select if you would like the program to trigger heating or cooling mode. If you’d like your fan coil to turn off at this time, select Off.

c. Press Confirm to save your settings.

d. Repeat steps 3a-c for each program you’d like to create.

4. After programming your schedule, return to your thermostat dashboard. Beneath the temperature slider, there are three icons representing your schedule mode:

5. To start your programmed schedule, select the clock icon.

Pausing a Schedule

There are two options to pause your schedule at any time.

To permanently pause your schedule, select the lock icon. Then, adjust your temperature settings as desired. Your thermostat will hold this setting until you manually restart your schedule by pressing the clock icon.

To temporarily pause your schedule, select the lock with clock icon. Then, adjust your temperature settings as desired. Your thermostat will hold this setting until your next program is scheduled to start.
