Your Unilux HVAC fan coil or heat pump uses several sensors to ensure the unit is operating as intended. Should unusual operation occur, you may see one of several symbols on your thermostat. Please refer to this chart to diagnose your fan coil and proceed with next steps.

Appears on thermostat display and Universe app when your fan coil’s drain pan is close to overflowing.
Your unit will stop operating until serviced to prevent flooding (fan will be forced OFF and all water valves closed). Please contact your HVAC service provider. |

Appears on thermostat display and Universe app when air entering the fan coil unit drops below 4°C/39°F. Your fan coil will force hot water through the coil to prevent the hydronic coil from freezing.
